1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

mykad88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended and any balance subject to review in accordance with applicable procedures.

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the mykad88 Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, Malaysian mobile number or email address, and date of birth.
• Keep all registration information up to date and notify mykad88 promptly of any changes by contacting customer support.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you have authorised it.

mykad88 may, at its sole discretion, refuse to open an Account or close an existing Account without providing reasons therefor.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the mykad88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and processing timelines are published in the Platform's payment information section and may be updated from time to time.

In relation to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method and account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• mykad88 reserves the right to perform identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be subject to standard processing times as set out in the payment information section. mykad88 does not accept liability for delays attributable to payment intermediaries or banking institutions.
• mykad88 may withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

mykad88 may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, or other promotional incentives. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• mykad88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including through the creation of multiple accounts or collusion with other Members, constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

7. Gaming Rules

Each Gaming Product on the mykad88 Platform is subject to its own applicable game rules, which are accessible within the respective game interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of account, payment, and conduct matters.

mykad88 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all software-based games. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are governed by the rules displayed within each live table interface. mykad88 does not warrant specific return-to-player outcomes on any individual session.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error occurring during a Wager, mykad88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Member's Wallet. This is mykad88's sole liability in such circumstances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the mykad88 Platform:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Members in any poker or table game, or engaging in any form of chip dumping.
• Exploiting any technical errors, bugs, or software vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Impersonating any other person or misrepresenting your identity in any communication with mykad88.

mykad88 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, reversal of transactions, and referral to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the mykad88 Platform — including but not limited to the mykad88 name, logo, trade dress, game graphics, software, text, and design — is the property of mykad88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of mykad88.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mykad88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, regardless of whether mykad88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mykad88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. mykad88's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

mykad88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help Members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and automatic session termination can be configured to manage playing time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may permanently self-exclude from the mykad88 Platform by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the chosen exclusion period.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, any Wallet balance held by the Member may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established and the account is closed at the Member's own request, any remaining Wallet balance will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard processing timelines and identity verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mykad88 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels designated under the applicable licensing framework.
